Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) operates the LocationTrack mobile application and Vehicle Tracking System (VTS) services.

LocationTrack is a GPS-based vehicle tracking solution that works with a hardware GPS device installed inside the vehicle. The mobile application allows authorized users to monitor vehicle activity in real time.

LocationTrack operates through:

• A GPS tracking hardware device installed in the vehicle
• An M2M SIM card for data transmission

The mobile application does NOT independently track the user’s personal mobile phone location unless explicitly permitted.

Vehicle-related data is generated by the installed GPS hardware device.
