Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before registering, accessing, or using the LocationTrack GPS tracking hardware device and mobile applications.

By purchasing, activating, or using the LocationTrack device and application, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, you must not use the device or uninstall the application immediately.

All services under the brand name LocationTrack are provided by:

Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

All rights, obligations, liabilities, and benefits under this Agreement shall accrue solely to Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., including its affiliates and authorized partners.

LocationTrack is a GPS-based Vehicle Tracking System that includes:

• GPS hardware device
• M2M SIM connectivity
• Cloud-based tracking platform
• Mobile & web dashboard

The service enables vehicle monitoring including:

• Live tracking
• Trip history
• Speed data
• Ignition alerts
• Geo-fencing
• Security notifications

LocationTrack is a monitoring tool and does not guarantee theft prevention or vehicle recovery.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have legal ownership or authorization to track the vehicle
• Provide accurate registration information

You agree not to impersonate any person or provide false identity details.

You agree:

• To keep login credentials confidential
• To use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not to use the device for illegal surveillance
• Not to track vehicles without consent

You are fully responsible for activities conducted through your account.

You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the hardware or software
• Use the SIM card outside the authorized LocationTrack device
• Transfer the device to unauthorized servers
• Interfere with system infrastructure
• Overload servers intentionally
• Manipulate tracking data
• Use the application while driving in a distracting manner

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

For security purposes:

• Devices are server-locked to LocationTrack infrastructure
• SIM cards are restricted for use only within the provided hardware
• Unauthorized tampering may permanently disable the device

The company reserves the right to remotely restrict access in case of misuse.

Service performance depends on:

• GPS satellite availability
• Telecom network coverage
• SIM connectivity
• Vehicle battery condition
• Proper installation

We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy
• Uninterrupted service
• Real-time availability in low-network areas

• Certain services may require renewal after subscription validity ends
• Failure to renew may result in suspension
• Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

Pricing may change with prior notice.

• GPS data may be retained for up to 60 days or as per current subscription plan
• If the device is inactive or not renewed beyond the grace period, historical data may be permanently deleted
• The company may retain limited data where required under law

Users are responsible for exporting any required historical data before expiration.

• Hardware may be eligible for replacement within 7–20 days (if applicable)
• Product must be in original condition
• Physical damage or improper installation voids replacement eligibility

Final approval is at company discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts:

• For policy violation
• For non-payment
• For fraudulent or illegal use

Termination may occur without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Vehicle theft
• Business loss
• Revenue loss
• Indirect or consequential damages
• GPS inaccuracies
• Data loss due to network failure

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the device or subscription.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Misuse of service
• Violation of law
• Breach of this Agreement

This clause survives termination.

All software, system architecture, designs, branding, and source code are exclusive property of Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Changes become effective 48 hours after publication on our website.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.

• Arbitration shall be confidential

This Agreement shall be governed by laws of India.

Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions shall remain enforceable.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Everonic Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
